The background story is that Switzerland was fighting with 2P!Finland to protect the others. He had not expect that one of his shoots would hit...
The story doesn't matter much, imagine whatever you want.
I'm happy that I sucessfully drew Switzerland because I really really like him. (Especially because of this storyline in our RPG)
